By purchasing or accessing any of our offerings, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Course Access & Accounts
- Access to courses requires registration and a secure user account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Access is limited to the account holder only. Sharing your account or credentials is strictly prohibited.
3. Course Format
We offer both:
- Live-streamed yoga classes (via Zoom or similar platforms)
- Pre-recorded on-demand video content
Live session links are for individual use only and may not be shared.
4. Health Disclaimer
Our yoga programs are educational in nature and not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. You should consult a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program.
By participating in our courses, you agree that:
- You are physically fit and capable of performing yoga exercises.
- You accept full responsibility for your health and well-being during all sessions.
5. Payments and Refunds
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- We offer a 7-day full refund policy from the date of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

6. Certificates
Certificates of completion may be available for certain courses. These certificates are downloadable but non-transferable.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content — including videos, graphics, PDFs, and audio — is the intellectual property of Healspace Wellness Ventures LLP and/or its instructors.
You may not:
- Download, reproduce, or distribute any course materials (except for certificates)
- Share or resell your access
- Use the materials for commercial teaching or other business purposes
8. Third-Party Tools
We use platforms such as Zoom, Teachable, Thinkific, or others to deliver parts of our service. By using our courses, you also agree to their respective terms of use and privacy policies.
We are not liable for any downtime, data breaches, or service issues from these third parties.
9. Privacy Policy

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
